
My name is Amy, and I am a certified 200RYT yoga teacher, Thriving Relationships Coach, and Holistic and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My training, certifications in trauma-informed and healing-centered care, degrees in anthropology, prior work in the social work and human services fields, and experience as a mom of two grown children with special needs, influences my personalized, student/client-centered, collaborative, inclusive, and supportive approach to teaching and coaching. With over ten years of experience teaching yoga, meditation, mindful breathing, and everyday mindfulness practices, I have had the great joy of working with people of all ages, identities, and abilities.
